Flying Music 2008

Its the halfway point of 2008 and its time to tell you about the new line up of fantastic shows for you all to enjoy.

What a year its been so far!We kicked off 2008 as we danced in the aisles to the Motown classics of the famous Dancing in the Streets.

We continued the year in style with the triumphant return of Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas, back for another season of swing finishing in July.

At the end of February we were treated to the star-studded Solid Silver 60's Show starring Gerry & The Pacemakers, Dave Berry and special guest Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich! We were taken down memory lane with classic hits such as "You'll Never Walk Alone", "Hippy, Hippy Shake", "Mama" and "Zabadak!" all played by the original hit-makers themselves.

We hope you witnessed glam rock at its best in April with the timeless Showaddywaddy, Sweet and The Rubettes in Glitz, Blitz & 70 Hits.

"Thriller Live!" toured in the Spring celebrating the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson's record-breaking album while The Zombies & The Yardbirds continued up and down the country in a spectacular show for all their loyal fans.

But what's in store for the rest of 2008?

Following on from a sold-out performance at London's Royal Albert Hall last year, Abba the Show is coming to a venue near you in 2008! Get your tickets to be witness to "the best Abba since Abba!"

At last, an event to celebrate the universal love for some of the most enduring music ever created! A Night at the Opera starring Jonathan Ansell, formerly of G4, plus special guests, is a glorious celebration of the best loved arias from the world's favourite operas.

Returning in September is legend of rock, Joe Brown in a brand new tour to celebtare 50 years in the music business.

If that's not enough rock for you, Maximum Rhythm and Blues will be coming to a venue near you in the autumn starring The Manfreds plus their special guests Alan Price and Maggie Bell.

And if you missed them first time around; don't worry - Rat Pack and Thriller Live are back!

What a year we have for you! Keep checking for new and updated tour dates to make sure you don't miss out. See you soon!!
